The Manitou MRT 2150 telehandler is a construction machine designed for universal use on construction sites in order to be able to bring materials to almost any place on the construction site. The Bruder model is characterized by a variety of functions like the original. The telescopic arm can be extended and the inclination level of the supplied forklift forks can be adjusted as required according to the arm angle. The forklift forks can also be exchanged for a shovel (included) or upgraded with other accessories available from Bruder to expand the functionality. The structure of the forklift can of course be rotated 360° in order to distribute material in all directions. The required stability is ensured by 4 telescopic supports, as with the original. A special feature is the 4-wheel steering (small turning circle). In order to make the handwheel for the steering control easily accessible and arranged in a way that is suitable for play, it was placed on the rotating structure behind the opening driver's cab. The steering movement is transmitted via a gear via the turntable of the rotating structure to the steering rod in the chassis - an innovative solution for toys and one that particularly does justice to the play value. This makes this model another highlight of child-friendly operation with numerous play functions.
